Hello! My name is Aldo Arechar and I am a composer and audio engineer.

This course will be tailored for both Composers and Engineers to talk about the processes a feature film score needs in the mixing stage.

We will create a mix template from scratch, we will talk about routings, reverbs and fx, stems preparation, VCA´s, automation, groups. All the things behind the curtains to make the mixing stage more creative, fun AND flexible. It´s all about the prep.

We will end with a full understanding on how to prepare yourself before a mix, during a mix and how to deliver files in an efficient way and methods to minimize time-consuming mistakes along the way and play out different scenarios and curve balls that will for sure happen in a mixing environment.
